• Order Cut-Off Time: Orders submitted before 2:00 PM EST (Monday through Friday) are generally processed the same business day. Orders received after 2:00 PM EST, or on weekends, will be handled on the next business day.
• Perishable Goods Handling: Temperature-sensitive and perishable products are packaged using specialized cold-chain insulation and are dispatched Monday through Thursday only, so they are not held in transit over the weekend.

Damaged, Lost, or Compromised Shipments

We take responsibility for the safe delivery of every order:

• Perishable Items: If a perishable item arrives compromised, spoiled, or damaged due to shipping delays, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos so we can issue an immediate full refund or ship a free replacement.
